The British Automobile Racing Club (BARC) is proud to launch a new web site and new identity which embraces the first 100 years and will help enhance the club for the next century.

Chairman's Welcome

Welcome to our new web site. We at the BARC are very proud of our 100 year plus history and many of the achievements made during that period. As our new Century starts we thought it appropriate to look again at our image and commissioned leading brand identity expert's On-Three to guide us through the process. We very much hope you like our new logo and colours and recognise the features from the 1958 version within it.

The digital age is upon us and over the next year we want to place our web site at the front end of technology but most importantly ensure it is user friendly and efficient. The in house team have worked incredibly hard to develop this site, embracing our regional centres, race circuits at Croft, Pembrey and Thruxton, Hillclimbs at Harewood and Gurston Down and of course our Championships, Marshal's and Members sections.

Over the coming months additional content and functionality will be added to the web site and we'll also roll out new sites for all our venues.

We have been through some changes in the last 15 months and I am proud to say the team in place now are very determined to deliver a first class product with a wide smile. Help us, work with us and tell us if we fall short as my firm belief is that criticism is healthy, if well meant.

We really hope you enjoy your season with one of the UK's leading members clubs.
